Firearm Transfer Policy

Federal laws prohibit direct transfers of firearms to customers in interstate commerce. Blankenship Custom Firearms LLC can only ship firearms to individuals or dealers that have a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).  If you do not have a FFL, we can transfer the firearm you purchase to a dealer in your area. This process works as follows:

1. When you have found the firearm you wish to purchase, proceed to check out as you would for any other item on the website.

2. After checkout, we will contact you to confirm your order and verify your information.  Once confirmed, your order will be processed.  Cancellation of your order will incur a 20% restocking fee.   

3. Before your firearm can be shipped, you must complete the Transfer Form below and fax or e-mail it to us. Then have a firearms dealer near you send a copy of their "FFL" Federal Firearms License. Our FAX number  is 706-855-8001 our e-mail is sales@BCFLLC.com

4. When the completed Transfer Form and FFL are received, we will package and ship your firearm.

5. Your local dealer will contact you when your firearm has been received. You will then be required to complete the transaction paperwork and background paperwork at their location.
